Despite Turkey is gifted in natural resources, it is hard to say that thesenatural resources are utilized efficiently. The strong capital orientedcharacter of the sector makes extraction and operation of the naturalresources heavily dependent on foreign investments. Nevertheless, sinceforeign investors are not well-informed, their attention could not be drawn tothese investment areas. There is a need for a source in the form of apractical guide-book which summarizes the necessary information.
